Cheers to your 2020 Elite of Lexus achievement or department-level wins! The following rewards will be sent to your General Manager to help your dealership commemorate this prestigious accomplishment:

• Certificate of Acknowledgement – Each associate certified and employed by a winning dealership or department at year-end and at the time of award issuance will receive an Elite of Lexus Certificate of Acknowledgement.
• Elite of Lexus Gift – Designated certified associates will also receive Award Points, which can be used to personally select gifts from the extensive collection of premium merchandise and travel options in the Elite of Lexus Gift Gallery, accessible via the ENCOMPASS portal and mobile app
  • Elite of Lexus winning dealership: 150 Award Points per certified associate
  • Elite of Lexus winning department: 75 Award Points per certified associate
• Elite of Lexus Trophy 2020-Distinction Plate (Elite of Lexus winners only) – The easy-to-install 2020 plate will replace the current year-distinction plate on your Elite of Lexus trophy. First-time winners will receive the Elite of Lexus trophy, with assembly instructions.
• Communication Assets (Elite of Lexus winners only) – Each winning dealership has access to the Elite of Lexus logo artwork for use in advertising and promotions. These Lexus assets and guidelines can be found at LexusAssetPortal.com.

The ENCOMPASS website and app will display the number of Award Points received by each designated certified associate.

• Associates may use personal funds to purchase items that exceed their Award Point balances.
• Award Points required for redemption include tax, shipping and handling.
• All dealership associates must be certified by the end of the year to receive future Award Points.
• Program Consultants may request additions to your dealership's list of eligible associates, as needed, via the Request to Add Award Recipient link at the bottom of the Elite of Lexus webpage.

Instructions for Gift Ordering

To Order via the ENCOMPASS Portal

• Using your Secure Personal Identification Number (SPIN) as the user ID and your password (dealer code if not previously changed), log on to the ENCOMPASS portal.
• From the portal HOME page, select the VIEW GIFT GALLERY button located in the black bar at the top right of your screen.

• From the portal HOME page, select the ELITE OF LEXUS program dashboard, found in the MY PROGRAM DASHBOARD section.
• Select the VIEW GIFT GALLERY button from the website HOME or AWARDS pages.

To Order via the ENCOMPASS Mobile App

• Using your SPIN as the user ID and your password (dealer code if not previously changed), log on to the ENCOMPASS mobile app.
• From the app HOME page, select the VIEW GIFT GALLERY button located in the black bar at the top of your screen.
